GAIL DAVIS, Breakthrough Life Coach, Professional Speaker, Kingdom Connector
When Gail isn’t working on a new Retreat or Project, you may find her practicing her harp. In fact, this is the topic of one of her many workshops (Dreams can become a Reality).
Gail wears many hats but the guiding principle in each situation is how can she serve and make your life fuller?
Twenty-two years ago, Gail was working as the Executive Director of a not for profit ministry and was totally exhausted. It was then that Gail’s focus shifted to wellness and helping others in similar situations. She did her due diligence (which was easy since she studied Biology in college) and saw the potential to not only help her family but also impact her community. It was then that His Associates was launched.
Now living in Indiana, you can find her coordinating Women’s Ministries, teaching classes at the Richmond Senior Recreation Center, serving on Boards, hosting Wellness Teas and yes, practicing her harp.

ABOUT
TOM DAVIS, Organizational Leader, Coach, Kingdom Connector
Tom and Gail are truly a unique pair. Tom loves to work behind scenes with the data base and support. He dots his I’s and crosses his T’s, something that Gail hates to do. He’s the encourager, the proofreader and most of all a vital part of the creative genius of His Associates
Tom’s background is quite diverse. He worked as an assistant coach for the Women’s Professional Basketball league. He has also served in administrative capacities in Not-for-Profit Ministries/organizations.
Now living in Richmond Indiana, Tom serves on the board of Young Life of Greater Richmond as the Prayer Coordinator. He is also the president of 4th Street Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization committed to “preserving Richmond, one neighborhood at a time”. And if you keep your eyes open you may also see Tom walking the local streets with his garbage picker, doing his part in making our community cleaner.
